I find it ironic that the work life balance group at my firm is holding a seminar after work next week on how to juggle work and your personal life. Here's a thought... how about attending less afterwork seminars?
And yes, there is a whole group devoted to this that has extra meetings, deliverables, and seminars to talk about work life balance... it's like holding a chocolholic convention at Hershey's headquarters.
